Processing Time

  • Order Processing: Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday to Friday) after your payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
  • Order Confirmation: You will receive an order confirmation email as soon as your order is placed, and a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

California Craft  LLC provides free shipping on orders $59.00 and above . A flat rate of $10.40 for shipping and handling needs to be paid if the order is under $59.00.  Free shipping and delivery service is offered for all orders over $59.00 – this does not include taxes or discounts.

We offer several shipping options to meet your needs:

  • USPS Priority shipping 
  • UPS standard shipping

Please note that delivery times are estimated and may vary depending on your location and carrier delays, which are beyond our control.

Shipping Restrictions

  • Domestic Shipping: We currently ship within the United States. Unfortunately, we do not ship to U.S. territories or internationally at this time.
  • Legal Restrictions: Due to varying state laws, we may not be able to ship to certain states. Please check your local laws before purchasing CBD products.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your shipment’s progress through our carrier’s website.

Lost or Damaged Packages

  • Lost Packages: If your package is lost in transit, please contact our customer service team. We will work with the carrier to locate your package or issue a replacement if necessary.
  • Damaged Packages: If your order arrives damaged, please take photos of the damage and contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or a refund as appropriate.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure that your shipping information is accurate before submitting your order. We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses. If a package is returned due to incorrect address information, you will be responsible for additional shipping costs.

Return & Refunds Policy

At California Craft, we provide the highest quality Organic CBD products and ensure our customers are fully satisfied with their purchases. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.

Returns

  • Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it. Items that have been opened or used are not eligible for return.
  • Return Window: You have 30 calendar days from the date of purchase to initiate a return.
  • Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required to complete your return.

Refunds

  • Processing: Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, a refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.
  • Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a product for the same item, please contact our customer service team within 30 days of receiving your order.
